In the event that the IEC has a surplus of beds, other students seeking long-term stay, at their own expense, can also be accommodated in the IEC. Article 2 When moving into the dormitory, students should check the room equipment according to the equipment’s checking list. If there is anything not on the list, or if any item on the list is broken, students should immediately report the discrepancy to the receptionist and/or administrator of each floor. Failure to do so will cause the student to be held responsible for the lost and/or broken equipment(s).
