In order to build a friendly living environment among international students, an inspection to select modal international student flats, led by the International Student Section along side the Department of Logistics, Security Department as well as other related departments and student flat management team will be duly carried out. For details of the inspection please read the following notes:

     The Inspection takes place on:

    Zhanlan Road Campus: from 14:30 to 16:30 on November 16;

    Shahe Campus: from 14:30 to 16:30 on November 17.

    In addition, the cleanness of floorboard, the tidiness of student’s bed as well as the condition of the flat which includes the condition of windows and doors, appliances and balcony shall be carefully inspected by the staff during the inspection.

    Please note that if there are any violations of the regulations set by the International Exchange Centre, such as cigarette butts found in the flat and similar offences, such flat in question shall be excluded from the selection of modal international student flat, and the occupant shall be penalised accordingly.
